Jason is a Managing Partner of Camden Partners Holdings, having joined the firm in 2005. Over his tenure, he has represented Camden in 22 portfolio companies and led investments in enterprise software, cyber security, and technology-enabled services businesses.
Jason currently serves on the boards of Conquer, CEIPAL, Harver, Stova, and Viventium. His previous board roles and exits include Steelwedge Software (acquired by E2open), Prolexic Technologies (acquired by Akamai for $415 million), Ranir (acquired by Perrigo for $750 million), Outmatch (acquired by Rubicon Technology Partners), Viventium (acquired by LLR Partners), Catalyte, RealPage (2010 IPO), WageWorks (2012 IPO), and IncentOne (acquired by Welltok).
Prior to joining Camden, his experience includes technology investment banking in the San Francisco Bay Area at Robertson Stephens and Alliant Partners, as well as software development and operating roles at a San Francisco-based fintech company and Price Waterhouse Consulting in New York City.
In 2014, he founded Pitch Creator, a social-impact, education organization dedicated to "leveling the playing field" for founders and entrepreneurs outside of Silicon Valley. Since its inception, Pitch Creator has educated more than 3,000 founders and student entrepreneurs on growth capital strategy and execution.
Jason holds a B.S. in Applied Economics and an M.B.A from Cornell University. He is also a CFA charterholder.
