Camden Partners Leads Growth Buyout of Pinnacle Automotive Hospitality, Inc.

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND (March 9, 2017) – Camden Partners today announced a growth buyout of Pinnacle Automotive Hospitality, Inc., a leading national provider of managed outsourced labor to the automotive dealer market.

Camden Partners’ Senior Partner and CEO David Warnock will serve on the Company’s Board of Directors alongside President and CEO Rick Sorrells, the former COO of Towne Park, a prior Camden Partners portfolio company. The investment includes participation from former executives at Towne Park as well as Camden Partners Limited Partner co-investors.
